Eligibility for Return We gladly accept returns of unused and undamaged items within fourteen (14) days of delivery. To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be in their original, unopened condition and packaging.
Return Process To begin the return process, please contact our support team at customerservice@eldecollection.com to request a Return Authorization Code. Once approved, you will receive specific instructions for returning your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds and Processing Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for your return to be processed.
