What makes ELDé candles different?
Our candles are hand-poured in small batches using a premium coconut apricot wax blend and carefully selected fragrances. Once the candle is finished, the vessel can be cleaned and repurposed for a life beyond the flame.
What ingredients do you use?
Our candles are made with a premium coconut apricot wax blend and carefully selected, phthalate-free fragrance oils that meet RIFM and IFRA safety standards. Our reed diffusers use a DPG-free base that is VOC compliant in all 50 states.
How strong are ELDé fragrances?

Can I choose any fragrance in any candle vessel?
Our fragrance selections vary by candle and collection. Available fragrances are shown on each product page, making it easy to explore the options offered for the vessel you choose.
How should I care for my candle?
For the best burn and fragrance experience:
- Trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch before each burn.
- On the first burn, allow the wax to melt across the surface to help prevent tunneling.
- Keep your candle away from drafts and direct sunlight.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended or near anything that can catch fire.
- Store your candle in a cool, dry place when not in use.
What if my candle has surface imperfections or begins to tunnel?
Because our candles are hand-poured, slight variations in the wax can naturally occur and do not affect the candle’s performance. To help prevent tunneling, allow the melt pool to reach the edges of the vessel, particularly during the first burn. If you have a concern about your candle, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Can I reuse my candle vessel?
Yes. Our vessels are intentionally designed to live beyond the life of the candle. Once your candle is completely finished, the vessel can be carefully cleaned and repurposed as a decorative or functional piece in your home.
Are your candles safe to use around pets or children?
Our candles are made with a coconut apricot wax blend and carefully selected fragrance oils. As with any open flame, candles should always be kept out of reach of children and pets and should never be left burning unattended.
How long do reed diffusers last?
The life of a reed diffuser varies depending on the vessel, fragrance, number of reeds used, and conditions in your home. Airflow, temperature, and how often the reeds are flipped can all affect how quickly the fragrance is released.
How can I get the most from my reed diffuser?
Place your diffuser on a stable surface away from direct sunlight, heat, and strong drafts. Allow the reeds time to absorb the fragrance and begin diffusing naturally. For a stronger fragrance experience, carefully flip the reeds as desired. Always protect surrounding surfaces from fragrance oil when handling the reeds.

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you.
What is your return or exchange policy?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
