Is ELDé Collection the same as Elde Collection?

Yes!  Our brand name is ELDé Collection, but since accents aren't always typed in search, some customers may see or search for us as Elde Candles or Elde Diffusers.  Both refer to the same luxury fragrance brand — ELDé Collection.


What makes your candles different from other candles?

Our luxury candles are meticulously handcrafted in small batches, using a premium coconut apricot wax blend and thoughtfully curated fragrances. Each candle is designed to elevate your space with a clean, long-lasting burn and timeless design. Free of distracting visible labels, our vessels are chosen to serve as beautiful decorative accents — ready to be repurposed long after the candle has burned.


How should I care for my luxury candle to get the most out of it?

  • Trim the wick to about ¼ inch before each burn to help prevent soot.

  • Allow the wax to melt fully across the surface each time you burn it, which helps avoid tunneling.

  • Keep your candle away from drafts and direct sunlight.

  • Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.


Do you offer gift sets or gift boxes?

Yes! We offer two beautiful collection gift sets (Radiance & SilverScape), each presented in an elegant magnetic-closing gift box. Plus, you can add a personalized gift message to any order—whether it’s a candle, diffuser, or gift set—making every purchase a thoughtful gift.


What should I do if my candle has imperfections (e.g., tunneling, cracking)?

Small surface variations are normal in hand-poured candles and won’t affect performance. If tunneling occurs, burn your candle long enough so the melt pool reaches the edges. If you have any questions, our team is always happy to help.


Are your candles safe to use around pets or children?

Our candles are made from a natural coconut apricot wax blend and non-toxic fragrances. That said, always place candles out of reach of pets and children and never leave them burning unattended.


Do you offer international shipping?

We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the United States. 


What is your return or exchange policy?

If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’re happy to accept returns or exchanges on unused candles in their original packaging.


Do you offer wholesale or bulk purchasing?

What is the shelf life of your candles?

When stored properly in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, our candles stay at their best for about 12–18 months.


Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
